How to make a caesar cocktail on Rachel Wells Food

Caesar Canapé Cocktail

The Canadian version of the Bloody Mary that's based on the flavours of Spahgetti Vongole

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1


  • 2 wedges lime
  • celery salt as needed
  • 1-2 fl oz vodka
  • 1 glass Clemato Juice
  • 1 dash Worcestershire Sauce to taste
  • 1 dash Tabasco to taste
  • 1 stick celery to garnish


  1. Squeeze a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass and then dip the rim in celery salt.

  2. Add the vodka to the glass, pour in the clemato juice and then season with Worcestershire Sauce, tabasco and a little lime or lemon juice.

  3. Add a stick of celery to garnish and enjoy drinking your Caesar through the rim of celery salt for a truly Canadian experience!
