Learn to cook in Rachel’s warm welcoming kitchen. With a maximum number of 8 participants, Rachel will greet you with fresh coffee and homemade biscuits and discuss the day’s recipes with you. Due to the size of the kitchen, it sadly isn’t possible for everyone to cook but these cookery demonstrations will be highly interactive and you will be encouraged to join in and ask as many questions as you like, taste and get involved in what is going on! Lunch and a glass of wine will be provided and all the recipes will be yours to take away with you at the end of the day.

This demonstration will feature seasonal recipes incorporating local food and offering new, innovative ideas for breakfasts, lunches and suppers, as well as simple entertaining suggestions. Lunch and refreshments and all course materials will be included.

Venison, partridge and pheasant recipes will be demonstrated today, using local game from local dealers. Rachel will show you quick, easy and delicious ideas to wow your family and friends. Lunch and refreshments and all course materials will be included.

Half Term Children’s Cookery – Monday 27 October to Friday 31 October inclusive
An entertaining and educational week, filled with fun ideas and new, easy-to-do recipes. There will be a maximum of 10 children and they can all get involved and prepare, taste and cook, with snacks and lunch provided.
10am-2pm – £30 per child per day – £120 per child for all 5 days. Lunch and refreshments and all course materials will be included.
